Membership packages automatically renew on a monthly basis. Top-up passes can be purchased by contacting the studio.

Platinum Memberships
Guarantee a weekly timeslot in your preferred classes, with all bookings handled personally by a Foundation team member. Please contact the studio for pricing and availability. Packages are available for one to three classes per week starting at $35.5 / class.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Foundation accepts Visa, Mastercard, or debit. Our studios do not accept cash or American Express.
All services must be pre-paid and all sales are final.
Classes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
We require guests to wear grip socks during the workout. These are available to purchase in studio.
GUESTS 18 AND UNDER
16-18 year olds can attend without a parent / guardian, but if a guest is under 18, their parent or guardian must sign the waiver on their behalf.
CANCELLATIONS
Change of plans? We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your class 12 or more hours before the start time you will receive a full class credit back to your account.
Any class cancelled within a 12 hour window from the start time will be considered a late cancellation.
For both auto-pay members and class pack holders, no-shows and late cancellations will result in the use of a pass as though you had attended the class.
It is recommended that classes be cancelled via the website by logging into MindBody, navigating to My Info, clicking My Schedule and clicking Cancel (next to the class time).
WAITLIST
If the class you want to attend is full, join the waitlist! To join the waitlist you must have a class credit in your account. If a spot opens up, you will be notified by email. To receive these reminders ensure your profile is set to accept notifications and reminders.
TO CHECK YOUR WAITLIST STATUS: Log into mindbody> Go to ‘My Info’> Click ‘My schedule’. If you got into the class it will say “waitlist unconfirmed”.
You can be pulled off the waitlist up to one hour before class start. Please remember to cancel your waitlist request if you no longer wish to attend class. If you are pulled from our waitlist within our 12 hour cancellation window, the cancellation policies apply.
RUNNING LATE
While we know running is great cardio, we want this to be the most relaxed hour of your day! Arriving 5-10 minutes before class is a best practice to get set up and in the zone for class, and ensure you get your full workout in. Doors open 15 minutes before the start of class.
If you are arriving late, please call the studio. Please note, guests will not be permitted to join class after the 10 minute mark, as it is too disruptive to the rest of class and you will not receive a balanced work out.
If it is your first class, please arrive a minimum of ten minutes before class. If we are unable to give you a reformer orientation you will not be permitted in class. Safety First!
